Before pushing contacts to your CRM, FullEnrich checks if they already exist in HubSpot. This prevents duplicates and keeps your data clean. Additionally, FullEnrich allows for both selective and bulk syncing of contacts with HubSpot.

How matching works

When reviewing your contacts during the syncing process, they fall into two categories:

1. Confident matches ✓

We're sure about these contacts. Either:

  • They definitely exist in your CRM (same first name, last name, and company)

  • They definitely don't exist (no possible matches found)

For these contacts, you'll see a preview of what will happen:

You can review which fields will be updated and which won't. These field settings are controlled in your HubSpot integration settings. Additionally, you can configure field mapping in FullEnrich to match HubSpot properties and ensure proper data alignment.

2. Uncertain matches

We found similar contacts but aren't 100% sure if they're the same person. These need your review.

Reviewing uncertain matches ⚠️

This step matters. Push the wrong data to the wrong contact, and you'll mess up your CRM.

⚠️ You must review all uncertain matches before pushing. No shortcuts here.

For each uncertain match, we'll show you similar contacts from your CRM. You have two options:

Option 1: Select an existing contact
This is the same person → update their record

Option 2: Create a new contact
This is someone different → create a new record

Final step: Push to HubSpot

Once all contacts are reviewed:

  1. Click "Push to HubSpot".

  2. Choose a destination list in your HubSpot account to organize the contacts.

  3. Confirm the action after reviewing the selection and mapping settings.

That’s it - your contacts are now in HubSpot, without duplicates and exactly where they should be.
