Overview
FullEnrich Search lets you go from idea to ready-to-use prospect lists without relying on third party tools. You can search for people or companies, apply precise filters to match your ideal customer profile (ICP), enrich records with verified data, and export results when they are ready.

What is Search?
Search is FullEnrich’s built-in people and company feature. It allows you to create prospect lists from scratch using powerful filters and instantly enrich those lists using FullEnrich’s waterfall enrichment.
Search is ideal if you want a fast and compliant way to build and enrich prospect lists without scraping or external tools.
Step 1: Access Search
Log in to your FullEnrich account
Click Search in the main navigation (top left)
Choose whether you want to search People or Companies
Step 2: Define Your Search Filters
Use filters to narrow down results and match your ICP.
Available filters depend on whether you are searching for people or companies.
People filters:
Job title
Location
Seniority
Years in current role
Years at current company
University
Changed jobs
Name
Skills
CRM (coming soon)
Company filters:
Company name
Headcount
Industry
Type
Headquarters
Specialties
Year founded
Funding (coming soon)
Technology (coming soon)
Hiring (coming soon)
CRM (coming soon)
Annual revenue (coming soon)
Number of LinkedIn followers (coming soon)
Signal filters:
New client signed (coming soon)
New partnership (coming soon)
New product or service (coming soon)

You can combine multiple filters to create highly targeted searches.
Tip: Once your filters are set, click Save to store your search with all applied filters. This lets you keep access to the filters and easily update, add to, or modify the search anytime, without starting from scratch.
Step 3: Review and Save Your List
Once results are displayed:
Review the people or companies returned
Select all results or a specific subset
Save them to a new or an existing list
Saved lists can be reused later for enrichment, and/or exports.
Step 4: Enrich Your list
After saving your list, you can enrich it.
Open your saved list
Select all or specific contacts
Click Enrich people
Choose the data you want to enrich, such as emails or phone numbers
Click Start enrichment
FullEnrich automatically runs waterfall enrichment across multiple providers to maximize coverage and data quality.
Step 5: Export or Use Your list
Once your list has been enriched, you can export your data.
Go to the Lists tab
Open the list you want to export
Select specific contacts or the entire list
Click Export
Export options
Option 1: Export Enriched people only
Use this option if contacts have already been enriched.
Choose which enrichment results to include (Valid, Likely valid, Catch-all, Invalid)
Click Download
Option 2: Export all in list
Use this option to export all contacts, whether they have been enriched or not.
Contacts that have not been enriched yet cost 0.25 credits per contact
Click Use credits & Download
Once exported, contacts and companies can be exported again for free. You will not be charged multiple times for the same record.
Searching Companies and Finding Employees
You can also build prospect lists by starting from companies and then finding matching employees.
Option 1: Search from the Companies tab
Go to the Companies tab
Apply company filters to narrow down your results
Select all or specific companies
Click Search employees
Option 2: Upload a list of companies
Click Upload companies
Upload a file (single column with domains or company names) or paste company data manually
Confirm whether the first row of the file is a header so it is excluded from the search
Choose whether to include or exclude the uploaded companies
Enable Exact match to match companies exactly as provided
Click Search people
Once employees are found, follow Steps 3 to 5 to review results, save them to a list, enrich contacts, and export your data.
Best Practices
Start with broader filters and refine as needed
Save your search so you can keep access to the filters and easily update, add to, or modify it whenever needed
Save your list so you can reuse or exclude it later
Enrich your list in batches to optimize credit usage
