What Are Credits?
Credits are used to enrich contacts on FullEnrich, including finding work emails, personal emails, phone numbers, running reverse email lookups, and exporting unenriched contacts.
Credits are only deducted when the requested data is successfully found.
Below is the credit cost per action:

1 work email found = 1 credit
1 personal email found = 3 credits
1 phone number found = 10 credits
(If the phone is detected as a landline or out of service, it’s free.)1 Reverse Email Lookup (API) = 1 credit
1 unenriched contact export = 0.25 credits
How Do You Buy Credits?
You can obtain credits in two ways:
Subscription (Monthly or Yearly)
Credits are added automatically according to your plan and billing cycle.
One-Time Payment (OTP)
Purchase additional credits in a single payment without a recurring subscription.

Platform Access & Credits
To use FullEnrich, you must have at least one of the following:
An active subscription
Valid OTP credits
Valid free credits
If none apply:
New enrichments cannot be performed
Exports are restricted
Access to the platform is temporarily limited
Your data is not deleted. Access is restored once you reactivate your subscription or purchase credits.
What Can You Do With Credits?
Credits can be used to:
Enrich work emails
Enrich personal emails
Enrich phone numbers
Perform reverse email lookups
Export unenriched contacts from the Search feature
You can allocate your credits however you prefer.
Are Credits Shared Among Members?
Yes. Credits are shared across all members of your Workspace.
When you invite a new member, they will use the same shared credit pool.
To Invite a Teammate:
Log in and go to Settings
Click Invite Members
Enter your teammate’s email address
Click Send Invitation
Once accepted, they will be added to your workspace and share available credits.
Credit Rollover & Validity
Credit validity depends on how they were purchased:
Monthly subscription: Credits are valid for 3 months
One-time payment: Credits are valid for 6 months
Annual plan: Credits are valid for 12 months
If credits disappear, it’s likely because they expired.

What Happens If My Subscription Ends?
When you cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
You can continue using your credits until that date.
Once the billing cycle ends:
Remaining subscription credits expire.
If no other valid credits remain, platform access is restricted.
Your data remains stored and can be accessed again upon reactivation.
Before your cancellation is processed, you’ll see a final confirmation detailing the impact. If you wish to continue, click Confirm & Cancel.
Data Retention Policy
For privacy and compliance reasons, if your account remains inactive for more than 3 months, your data may be permanently deleted.
We recommend reactivating your subscription within this period if you wish to retain full access to your historical data.
What If I Need More Credits?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
When upgrading:
You are charged immediately
Credits are added instantly
Your renewal date resets based on the purchase date
You can also manually renew your subscription by clicking “Buy XXX credits now” just below “Current Plan.”
This will:
Charge you immediately
Add credits instantly
Reset your renewal date to today + 1 month
Can I Pause My Subscription?
If you are on a monthly plan, you may have the option to pause your subscription for up to two months instead of cancelling.
While paused:
Billing is temporarily suspended
Platform access is temporarily restricted
Credit expiration dates may be extended
The subscription automatically resumes at the end of the pause period.
Failed Payment Handling
If a renewal payment fails:
You will be notified inside the platform
You can update your payment method
If the issue is not resolved, your subscription may be canceled.
If canceled and no valid credits remain, platform access will be restricted until reactivation.
