How Do Credits Work?

Credits are used for enriching email and phone numbers.

  • 1 verified email found (not flagged as invalid) = 1 credit

  • 1 phone found = 10 credits (if we detect that a phone is landline or out of service, it’s free)

How to buy credits?

You can either subscribe or purchase credits with a one-time payment.

What can you do with credits?

Each credit you have can be used to enrich either an email, a phone number, or both. Credits are only deducted when the enrichment is successful. If we do not find the requested information, the credit is not consumed.

Can I enrich only phones, emails, or both?

Unlike other systems that limit the number of email or phone number enrichments per month, we operate on a flexible credit system. You have a pool of credits that can be used as you see fit. You can choose to spend all your credits on enriching only emails, only phone numbers, or a combination of both.

Are credits shared among members of my workspace?

Credits are shared among all members of your Workspace. When you invite a new member to your Workspace, they will share the available credits with the rest of the team. This ensures that your team can collaboratively use the credits according to your collective needs.

PS: Currently, there is no way to set a limit on the number of credits for each of your teammates, but this is on our roadmap (no ETA yet, but it will be done during Q2 or Q3).

Credit Roll-over

Credits roll-over period (or validity period) of your credits depends on the type of subscription you choose:

  • Monthly subscription: Credits are valid for 3 months.

  • One-time payment: Credits are valid for 6 months.

  • Annual plan: Credits are valid for 12 months.

If you feel like some of your credits disappeared, it’s probably because they expired. You can check the expiration dates of your credits at https://app.fullenrich.com/app/settings/credits

When will my subscription be renewed?

With a monthly subscription, the renewal takes place on the same day and at the same hour/minute as when you first subscribed. The same applies to yearly subscriptions, but the renewal occurs 12 months later.

What if I need more credits?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you do, you’ll be charged the full amount of the new subscription immediately and receive the corresponding credits right away.

Alternatively, you can manually renew your current subscription. This will charge you for the subscription immediately and grant you the corresponding credits instantly. Your renewal date will then be updated to today + 1 month.

Clicking on “Buy XXXX credits now” will manually renew your subscription.
