When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue using your credits and accessing the platform until that date.
What Happens After the Billing Cycle Ends?
Once your subscription officially ends:
Remaining subscription credits expire.
If no other valid credits remain (such as OTP or free credits), platform access will be restricted.
Credit validity depends on how they were purchased:
Monthly subscription credits: Valid for up to 3 months while your subscription is active
One-Time Payment credits: Valid for 6 months
Annual credits: Valid for 12 months
If you still have valid OTP or free credits, you may continue using the platform until those credits expire.
Your data remains stored and can be restored upon reactivation, unless your account remains inactive for more than 3 months.
You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
