Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you can continue using FullEnrich until then.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing & Plans
Click Cancel subscription
Follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew.
Before You Cancel
Before cancelling, we recommend checking:
The end date of your current billing cycle
Your remaining credit balance
Any enrichments or exports you may want to complete before your subscription ends
If you simply need fewer credits, you can also switch to a different plan from Settings → Billing & Plans.
Credits and Account Access After Cancellation
Your remaining credits and platform access depend on the type of credits in your workspace and their validity period.
