How to cancel your subscription? Simple.
1. go to your billing settings
If you don't see the Billing and Plan tab, it's likely because you are not an admin or the account owner and therefore don't have permission to access the billing settings. Reach out to the person who created the account, as they are likely the owner.
2. Click on Invoice and Manage Subscription
This will redirect you to your billing dashboard on Stripe, our payment provider.
3. Click "Cancel Plan."
Stripe may ask a few questions. Simply complete the cancellation form, and your subscription will be canceled.
