If you have a Sales Navigator search with more than 2500 contacts and you want to export this list, there is currently no solution to do it in one go.
LinkedIn imposes a strict limit on the number of contacts you can export, which is capped at 2500 contacts per search.
This is because LinkedIn doesn't allow you to navigate beyond page 100 in a search, with each page displaying 25 contacts. Thus, the limit of 2500 contacts is reached at this point (25 contacts x 100 pages).
Strategy for Exporting More Than 2500 Leads
To work around this limit, you need to break down your initial search into multiple smaller searches, each containing fewer than 2500 contacts. Here's how to do it:
Use Filters: Apply different filters to your search to reduce the number of results. The three most commonly used filters are:
Prospect Location: Filter by region, city, or country to narrow down the results to a specific geographic area. You can use positive or negative filters. For example, you can have one search for "is in San Francisco" and another for "is not in San Francisco."
Company Size: Filter by the size of the company to focus on specific market segments (e.g., small, medium, or large enterprises).
Seniority Level: Filter by the number of years prospects have been with the company, focusing on their tenure.
By combining these filters, you can segment your search into multiple parts, each containing fewer than 2500 contacts, allowing you to export them separately.
