The speed of enrichment is a key priority for us, and we understand how important it is for our users. While we aim to deliver results as quickly as possible, the enrichment process involves over a dozen providers, each contributing specific pieces of data. Ideally, we’d provide instant responses, but some providers can take up to 40 seconds or more to return results. When these processes are combined sequentially, the total time can add up.

Additionally, our email verification process, which uses three verification providers, can also take time. In rare cases, the process can take up to 5 minutes for emails that are potentially catch-all addresses. For these, we perform an extra layer of verification to ensure accuracy, which can significantly increase the duration. Learn more about how email verification works.

If you’re using our Chrome extension, you don’t need to stay on the LinkedIn profile while the enrichment is processing. This allows you to move on to the next profile, enriching multiple profiles in sequence without being directly impacted by the processing time.

For bulk enrichments of 2,000, 3,000, or even 5,000 contacts, we use a queuing system. Each workspace processes up to 100 contacts simultaneously. This approach ensures that a single large file, such as one with a million contacts, doesn’t slow down other users. If you require higher throughput, for instance, when building a product on top of our platform, we can scale this up by increasing the number of contacts processed in parallel.

It’s also worth noting that enriching 500 contacts doesn’t take 500 times the duration of a single contact since multiple contacts are processed simultaneously.
