I Didn't Receive My 50 Free Credits

FullEnrich gives you 50 free credits when you create a new Workspace. These credits are meant to help you explore the platform and are valid for 30 days.

But sometimes, you might not receive them. Here’s why that could happen and what to do about it.

Why Didn’t I Get My Free Credits?

  1. First-Time Accounts Only: The 50 free credits are only available when you create your first account with FullEnrich. If you've created a Workspace before and are making another account, you won’t get the credits again. This is to ensure that the credits go to new users trying out the platform.

  2. Weird (or fraudulent) Behavior Detection: FullEnrich works with a partner that helps us spot duplicate accounts. They can detect if someone is trying to create multiple accounts using advanced methods like:

    • VPNs or proxies

    • Virtual machines

    • Other tricks to get around the system

    Our partner’s system is designed to catch signs of anything suspicious. If they detect anything off, the credits won’t be issued. We’d prefer not to play the role of police, but we regularly face waves of bots that could steal thousands of euros this way.

What Should I Do If I Didn’t Get My Credits?

Contact our support team if you’ve never created an account before and haven’t received the credits. We’ll look into it.
