FullEnrich gives you 50 free credits when you create a new account.

These credits are designed to help you explore the platform and are valid for 30 days.

However, there are a few reasons why you might not receive them.

Why Didn’t I Get My Free Credits?

1. You Already Created an Account

The 50 free credits are only available for your first account with FullEnrich. If you’ve created a workspace or account before and are making another one, you won’t receive the credits again. This ensures the offer is reserved for new users trying out the platform.

2. Someone from Your Company Already Created an Account

We monitor duplicate accounts by checking the internet connection and the device used. In corporate settings, multiple users often share the same internet connection and may use similar computers.

If this applies to you and you didn’t receive your credits, contact us for assistance.

3. Suspicious Activity

Our system flags accounts that show signs of suspicious or fake activity, such as:

  • Using VPNs or proxies

  • Fake email addresses

  • Virtual machines or phone numbers

  • Attempts to bypass the system
