Connect FullEnrich MCP to ChatGPT

A step-by-step guide to connect FullEnrich to ChatGPT. No coding required.

Written by Charline

FullEnrich is an official ChatGPT plugin. Once installed, ChatGPT can search for B2B contacts and companies, enrich them with verified emails and phone numbers, and export your results: all from a single conversation.

What you need before starting

  • A FullEnrich account (free or paid)

  • A ChatGPT account: plugin availability can vary by plan and region

  • Access to ChatGPT on the web or desktop app

On Business, Enterprise, or Edu workspaces, your workspace admin may need to enable the FullEnrich plugin first.

Step-by-step setup

Step 1: Open the plugin directory

Go to chatgpt.com and log in. Click Plugins in the left sidebar, or go directly to chatgpt.com/plugins.

Step 2: Find FullEnrich

Search for FullEnrich in the directory, then open its page.

Step 3: Install the plugin

Click Install plugin. A FullEnrich sign-in window opens: sign in with your FullEnrich account, authorize access, then return to ChatGPT.

Step 4: Use FullEnrich in a conversation

Open a new chat and mention it directly in your message with @FullEnrich. ChatGPT can also suggest FullEnrich automatically when your request matches what it does.

Step 5: Test the connection

Type this in the chat to verify everything works:

Check my FullEnrich credits

If ChatGPT returns your credit balance, you're all set. If ChatGPT doesn't use FullEnrich automatically, retry with @FullEnrich check my FullEnrich credits.

Tool updates

Official plugins stay up to date automatically: when FullEnrich publishes new tools or improvements, they become available in ChatGPT without any action on your side. No manual refresh needed.

Troubleshooting

I can't find FullEnrich in the plugin directory

Make sure you're signed in, and search for FullEnrich at chatgpt.com/plugins. Try ChatGPT on the web or desktop app — plugin availability can vary by plan and region. On Business, Enterprise, or Edu plans, ask your workspace admin to enable the plugin.

The auth window opened but ChatGPT seems stuck

Complete the FullEnrich sign-in and authorization, close the browser tab, and return to ChatGPT. Refresh ChatGPT if the connection status doesn't update, and check that a popup blocker isn't blocking the sign-in window.

ChatGPT doesn't use FullEnrich after I installed it

Start a new chat, mention @FullEnrich explicitly in your message, and check at chatgpt.com/plugins that FullEnrich shows as installed.

I see both "FullEnrich" and "FullEnrich MCP"

You probably created the old custom Developer Mode connector before the official plugin was available. Install the official FullEnrich plugin, test it with "Check my FullEnrich credits", then remove the old custom connector from your ChatGPT settings to avoid duplicates.

ChatGPT says I have no credits

Make sure you signed in with the right FullEnrich account and check your workspace's credit balance on fullenrich.com. Contact support if the balance looks wrong.
