You can change you invoices details such as company name, VAT number, etc, as well as update you company credit card in the Billings -> "Invoices & Manage subscription".

Under U.S. tax laws, once an invoice has been paid, it cannot legally be modified.
In B2B transactions between a U.S. company and an EU company, VAT is usually not charged on the invoice, because it’s treated as an export of services or goods, which is generally zero-rated or outside the scope of EU VAT. Our payment provider automatically makes the distinction based on the information you’ve entered in the company description.
